I had James Minsky come out to take a look at my insulation as there was a 5-6 degree difference in temperature from my first floor to second floor. He not only gave me a very reasonable quote, but he also was able to point out the areas of my attic that had mold due to a long standing venting issue. I already knew about the venting issue and had repaired that, but I never knew about the mold that had accumulated over the years. He presented a very reasonable quote for mold remediation to be done on the same day as the insulation. On the day of the work, the crew was on time, professional and did a GREAT job of keeping the area clean. I can't believe how much insulation they put up in my attic! My family and I can absolutely feel the difference. The temperature in my house is now balanced and I can actually feel the difference in air quality (I am very sensitive to mold).
