Knowledgeable, professional, skilled, and most importantly kept their word. Some of the best people I’ve worked with on my house. We moved in March 2020 knowing that our house was liveable but needed some work. Throughout the pandemic I’ve have good an bad contractors in. I wish I knew of this company when I started. I had them come in and take a look at my attic which is huge, this is a 8k sqft house. It has 6 crawl spaces and a large main attic. I know the insulation was bad but they came out to look at it and said we were at an r-18 level when we needed r-49 or above. It wasn’t just that. Since the house was built in the early 90s Jim was able to spot the code issues and reasons to fix things for energy efficiency. Such as baffle issues and venting issues with the roof. Also we knew we had rodents, they know and are familiar with how to get rid of them, sanitize, and get us to an r-60+ rating. We saw an improvement with the ac this summer. In addition, we are having them help with appliances and roofing. I’m thinking of hear are my goto team when I have a home improvement project. Jim has been instrumental in getting me the right person for the job.
