• Installed covers for 17 can lights and speakers to prevent air leakage and maintain insulation integrity.

6. Bathroom Exhaust Fan Through Roof

• Nicor - Attic Insulation/Air Seal Instant Rebate: Assisted Mr. Victor in obtaining an instant rebate for the insulation and air sealing work, available for suburban residents.
• OpenStack in the Attic: Managed and utilized the open stack space in the attic efficiently.
• Mold Warranty: Provided a warranty for the mold remediation work, ensuring long-term peace of mind.
