✓ Moisture Barrier Installation (1200 sq. ft.): A high-quality, durable moisture barrier was installed on the crawlspace floor to prevent moisture from entering the living space above. This creates a vapor barrier and helps to control humidity levels.
✓ Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation (720 sq. ft., R-22.5): Three inches of closed-cell spray foam insulation were applied to the crawlspace walls. Closed-cell spray foam has excellent insulating properties and is resistant to moisture, making it ideal for crawl space application.
