We had an issue in our playroom and attached closet where it was pretty much the same temperature as the outdoors. James came out to give an estimate on fixing the issue and was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about proper insulation. Turns out the issue in our playroom was caused by insufficient insulation in the knee wall next to the playroom. While at our house James also found that our attic was very poorly insulated and that was causing some moisture issues. He also gave us some tips on light fixture changes we could make that would make our house more efficient. The work was carried out by Romulo and crew (truck #7). They did a fantastic job. The job ended up taking four days instead of the planned three since it was pretty big. They really went above and beyond while here. We have a pretty large attic and cathedral ceilings that required some crawling to get to the right spot to fix issues, and they got in and got the job done. We also had three light fixtures that were about thirty feet up that needed to be changed to more insulated versions. They brought in roofer's ladders and changed things out. They also did a great job cleaning up once they were done. Romulo and crew are great and we really appreciated them!
