Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! This company stands by its work,they insisted that I check everything and to make sure the house was in perfect shape before the guys left ..the workers were FANTASTIC,they wore booties and protective gear …everything that you’d expect was perfectly done ..totally exceeded my high level of expectations.This is the way work should be done ,I can’t say enough about these guys HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE …Hats off to Green Attic for your high standards…And not to forget about Patrick,he took on this challenge with total confidence,thank you ,thank you so much

Romuno and his team came on time and were very cordial and friendly. They discovered an issue with some electrical work while working on the insulation, which I was surprised and happy about, and were able to rectify the situation easily and at a great value, considering the timing of the project, etc. Romuno made it clear he want to ensure my satisfaction throughout the process. When finished, the job site was cleaned very well.I highly recommend this company and all its team members and hope to do more projects in the future with them!

Highly recommend Green Attic. Scheduled to have my attic re-insulated and Romulo and his crew did a fabulous job. The attic was in pretty bad shape prior to the work getting done and green attic made it look so good. The crew worked efficiently and got the job done in 2 days. I also asked Romulo to install a couple other things on my roof outside of the scheduled project and he very kindly and willingly did so without hesitation. These guys did a great job! Great price, quality service, and they offer several payment options and plans. I thought we bought a lemon of a house and the insulation and sealing job they did fixed all of our issues and were so thrilled! Highly recommend these guys. Great service, highly recommend! We needed our attic inspected and insulated because it was sealed off when we moved in. The team gave a pretty accurate quote though they weren’t able to get into the attic to see everything. For the work, they were on-time, efficient, communicative, and did a great job cleaning up after, can hardly tell they were here. I will definitely call them again if we decide to do more insulation work.

We have a somewhat unusual split level home that was built in 1968 that has three separate attic spaces. There was very little insulation left and many penetrations into the house. The upper level was unbearable in the summer and we imagined it would be very cold in the winter. We chose Green Attic because we felt they were more meticulous than other companies, providing the most detailed quote and explaining all aspects of air sealing and use of cellulose insulation. For anyone looking to insulate, please note that air sealing is just as important - you will not get much benefit from insulation if conditioned air from your home can be exchanged with your attic! Unfortunately, after the job started, they did find mold, but the extra cost to remediate was certainly worth it. After the job was completed, we were not surprised the temperature of the house improved, but what we were surprised at was the significant improvement in indoor air quality. Just see the attached before and after as an example of how bad our attic was vs. how good it now is.

We had Green Attic out to give us a quote for garage and attic space. Their Team 5 (Alex, Omar and Herbert) came out and worked for 2 days, non-stop. Alex discovered an area of mold in the attic that had not been seen before the quote. He took photos of every step of the remediation and showed them to us. He discussed needs for remediation and completed it right away. He spoke to us before each step and asked for approval. His team, Omar and Herbert worked as hard and long as any team we’ve ever had for past home improvements. Everything was taken care of by the end of day two. The team made sure that everything was spotless and clean before they left. I’d like to commend Alex, Omar and Herbert for their strong work ethic and genuine politeness. They were trained in a way that calls for excellence. I had a lot of contact with Tim, who came out for the original quote and he never tired of explaining procedures to us. Green Attic did a great job fixing all our attic issues (ventilation/insulation/mold) in our new house! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional from start to finish. Frank did a great job coming out and doing the estimate and Marian was very helpful at the office with scheduling/paperwork! The crew that came out to do the job was fantastic! Jaime, Jose Luis & Armando were very professional, showed me pictures as work was getting completed, answered all my questions and cleaned up everything when they were done. Requested attic sealing and insulation. They sealed, increased ventilation and blew in a blanket of insulation to R60. The value was very good and the install was also very good. I would not hesitate to use them again for other projects.

Green Attic was great to work with. It was easy to schedule a free estimate/inspection. Patrick came out and identified issues and gave recommendations. It was easy to coordinate a date to have the work done.

I appreciated the communication they gave before coming, including names of the workers. Alvaro, Romulo and Wilfrido were great. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up all the work areas before leaving both days. Throughout the process they explained what they were doing and would often call me over so that I could see what they had done.

It was convenient to get the Nicor rebate through them and the follow up inspection they did really showed the difference the insulation and weather sealing makes.

Overall, it was a great experience. Even though it's only been 3 months since having the work done, I have already noticed a decrease in my gas bill when compared to last year and I definitely hear my furnace turn on a lot less.

Romelo and his crew came to our house early, worked very efficiently. They covered our electronics, furniture, and table/counter surfaces with plastic to avoid getting dust everywhere. They vacuumed and mopped other surfaces to ensure our place was clean. Very professional and courteous!

Had our attic insulation beefed up with new blown in cellulose. Was a major improvement immediatly after it was installed. Cut our heating needs by 3x to maintain temperature in the house.Team working on my house was friendly and professional. Fantastic from start to finish!!! Alina coordinated a consultation at my convenience. James arrived at my home with all the necessary information and walked me through my home explaining everything!! The next day Charlie and his crew were at my house right on time to start work. They discovered something that didn’t work in my attic, not only did Charlie fix it he also had the part on the truck if I wanted to just replace it with the new solar version, which I did and am very pleased with. The next day a new crew arrived back to complete the work and they too were just as fantastic as the crew from the day before!! Alina and James were quick to respond to all of my husband and I’s questions as we went through the process and were happy to explain to both of us with 2 separate calls as my husband was at work.
