I had a very good impression of Green Attic from the start. Patrick, their project coordinate seemed very knowledgeable about attic insulation and ventilation, and was able to explain not only the "What they are doing" but also the "Why it is important" in great detail. This is in comparison to 2 or 3 other project coordinators that came in from other popular attic insulation companies in the area. While his proposal was the most expensive, it was also the most comprehensive one. And considering the amount of work that was proposed, it seemed reasonable. Green Attic was also the only company that offered a warranty on mold reoccurrence, of course under certain boundary conditions that seemed standard in that space, e.g. adjusting indoor humidity to the outdoor temperature according to a standard chart. The installation crew around Alex continued this great impression. They where respectful of our space, e.g. took off their shoes while laying out protective sheets. Taped off dressers near the attic entrance etc. They were quick and hard working, and while I expected some noise during the installation, it was not as intrusive and we were able to continue our home office work. In addition to the planned work, they also fixed some issues with some roof edge vents and informed me later about it. During the process, they were very receptive of some extra instructions I have them and also kept me informed of their progress. After everything was done, they cleaned up the indoor and outdoor spaces that they used.
