1. Mold Treatment and Prevention

• Mold Treatment: Treated 1075 square feet for existing mold issues to ensure a clean and healthy attic environment.
• Mold Prevention Coating: Applied 1075 square feet of mold prevention coating to safeguard against future mold growth.

2. Insulation and Air Sealing

• Air Seal Attic Floor: Sealed 1075 square feet of the attic floor to prevent air leaks and improve energy efficiency.
• Install Baffles: Installed baffles across 1075 square feet to ensure proper ventilation and maintain insulation performance.
• Attic Insulation R-60: Upgraded the attic insulation to R-60 across 1075 square feet, significantly enhancing thermal performance.

3. Additional Installations

• Attic Hatch: Installed an attic hatch to facilitate easy access for maintenance.
• Can Lights Cover: Installed covers for 12 can lights to prevent air leakage and maintain insulation integrity.
• Attic Solar Fan: Installed an attic solar fan to improve ventilation and reduce attic temperatures.
• Insulated Bath Fan Sleeve: Installed two insulated bath fan sleeves to enhance ventilation and prevent moisture buildup.

4. Rebates and Discounts

• Applied the Nicor rebate to reduce overall project costs, available for suburban projects.
