• Bathroom Exhaust Fan: Installed a new bathroom exhaust fan vented through the roof to improve ventilation and moisture control.
• Replace Existing Bathroom Fan: Replaced the existing bathroom fan, focusing solely on the labor, without electrical work or extensions.

• Nicor - Attic Insulation/Air Seal Instant Rebate: Applied a rebate available for suburban projects to reduce overall costs.
